1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PoinTeacher (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PoinTeacher is an AI-assisted platform that helps educators generate teaching modules (Modul Ajar / RPP) and assessments (Asesmen) tailored to their curriculum, class context, and school character values. Generated documents are delivered as downloadable Microsoft Word (.docx) files.

3. Account Registration

You must sign in using a valid Google account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.

4. Free Trial & Paid Plans

The Service is offered under the following plans:

• Starter (free): up to 3 free generations for Modul Ajar and 3 free generations for Asesmen, per account.
• Guru Pro (Rp150.000, one-time payment): unlimited generation of Modul Ajar and Asesmen for a single teacher account.
• Sekolah (Rp3.000.000, one-time payment): unlimited generation for up to 50 teacher accounts within a single school.

We reserve the right to change plan pricing, features, or free-trial limits at any time, with reasonable notice on this page or the Pricing page.

5. Payment & Account Activation

Payments for paid plans are processed through our third-party payment processor, BioPay. After payment, activation is currently performed manually: you must send proof of payment to us via WhatsApp or email, after which your account will be upgraded, typically within 24 hours. We are not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or unclear proof of payment.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation.
• Attempt to circumvent free-trial limits, security measures, or access controls.
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties, or resell access to the Service without our written consent.
• Use the Service to generate content that is defamatory, discriminatory, or otherwise harmful.

7. Your Content & Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the documents you generate using the Service. Because this content is generated with the assistance of AI, you are responsible for reviewing it for accuracy, appropriateness, and compliance with your school's curriculum requirements before use in an actual classroom setting. PoinTeacher does not guarantee that AI-generated content is free of errors.

8. Service Availability

We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or reasons outside our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PoinTeacher shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to reliance on AI-generated content in an educational setting.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time by contacting us.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
